At Thorn Heyes we have been offering accommodation since 1996. Formerly hoteliers, we started offering self catering accommodation at Thorn Heyes in 2000, and the venue has proven to be very popular both with our regular guests and our newer guests!

We are able to offer two apartments within Thorn Heyes House. One on the ground floor (sleeping 10) and one on the 2nd floor (sleeping 5) and also the Coach House (sleeping 8), which is situated behind Thorn Heyes House.

As an overview, the accommodation is mainly light and spacious, with a simple yet elegant decor. The rooms are warm, well furnished, and as always with a high standard of housekeeping throughout. There are washing machines in each apartment, but there are no dish washers in any apartment.

We provide parking within the grounds of Thorn Heyes for up to 8 cars.

Buxton centre is approximately 12 minutes walk away, with several shops and public houses on the way down. There is the Robin Hood pub, Tesco Express, and Esso garage within 2 minutes walk of Thorn Heyes. There is a large selection of places to eat in the town.

Buxton has a railway station with regular trains to and from Manchester Piccadilly (Stockport being en-route). There is a taxi waiting area down Station Approach (opposite the station) in Buxton for any guests arriving by train.
